I’m interested in creating new tools to extract key insights from sequencing data. This information is crucial for developing targeted treatments for individual patients, particularly for complex diseases such as cancer. Trained in the field of biological systems physics, I now collaborate with the University of Trieste to apply statistics and machine learning in developing tools that decode relevant information about cancer dynamics from both single-cell and long-read sequencing data.
