Luin Massimo
Dopo il suo esordio con le primissime installazioni di Linux con floppy disk, Massimo Luin inizia la sua carriera IT come consulente per Allianz come Unix sysadmin. In seguito ha lavorato con Leonardo per l’integrazione dei sistemi del simulatore di volo del caccia Eurofighter dove ha conseguito certificazioni SGI e Alpha Server HP. Ha lavorato inoltre con i sistemi di trasmissione DWDM su fibra ottica di Alcatel Lucent.
Da Aprile 2024 in Area Science Park è collaboratore tecnico e si occupa della gestione del cluster HPC Orfeo e delle infrastrutture del datacenter.

After his debut with earliest floppy disk Linux installations, Massimo Luin started his IT career as Unix sysadmin consultant for Allianz. Next, he moved to Leonardo to work on the system integration of Eurofighter flight simulator. During his tenure at Leonardo he obtained SGI and Alpha Server HP certifications. Afterwards he worked with DWDM optical fiber data transmission systems for Alcatel Lucent.
Beginning April 2024 he is employed in Area Science Park as C.T.E.R. managing Orfeo HPC cluster an datacenter infrastructure.
